Walt Disney (DIS) has reached a settlement in a lawsuit over its special tax district in Florida. The move ends a dispute that began when the company opposed Florida’s "Don't Say Gay" law, which was advocated for by the state’s Republican Governor Ron DeSantis. Carnival (CCL) shares are on the move. The cruise line operator warned that it could see an up to $10 million impact from the collapse of Baltimore’s Francis Scott Key Bridge.
