JULIE HYMAN: Tennis superstar Novak Djokovic has had his visa to enter Australia revoked after failing to meet the requirements for an exemption to COVID-19 vaccination rules. The country's prime minister said top-ranked Djokovic was not, quote, "singled out for scrutiny over his visa cancelation." Meanwhile, the president of Djokovic's native Serbia has slammed the decision, accusing Australia of maltreatment of the tennis star.

ViacomCBS and Warner Media are said to be exploring the sale of the CW network, which is jointly owned by the two companies. Nexstar, the nation's biggest broadcaster and a large owner of affiliates of the network, is reportedly one of the top contenders. No word yet on how much the deal would be valued, or when an agreement could be reached.

And in the latest battle in the athleisure space, Nike has filed a lawsuit against Lululemon for patent infringement over the apparel maker's at-home MIRROR gym, and related fitness apps. Lululemon bought MIRROR for $500 million in 2020, as consumers were locked down and working out at home during the COVID pandemic. Lululemon, meanwhile, currently embroiled in another legal battle with fitness company Peloton, also related to patent infringement-- This time, over the designs of a new line of leggings and sports bras.
