SEANA SMITH: Well, Eli Lilly announcing a partnership with Amazon. Eli Lilly has signed on Amazon Pharmacy to dispense certain medications like migraine and diabetes drugs, including GLP-1s directly to consumers as part of its new program, LillyDirect. Amazon is just one of the third-party outlets Lilly will be using to stand up the program.

Earlier this year, the pharma giant announced that it would start selling drugs directly to consumers, while still maintaining the current sales and distribution model that involves a pharmacy benefit managers and other middlemen to get to the pharmacy counters.
