JARED BLIKRE: Shares of Alibaba-- they are moving to the downside after the European Commission opened a formal investigation into the company's e-commerce site, AliExpress. The commission opened a probe into AliExpress under its new Digital Services Act, which came into effect only this month, to investigate anti-competitive behavior and misinformation.

SEANA SMITH: Another stock that we're watching this morning is Tesla. UBS cutting its price target on the stock from 225 to 165, maintaining its neutral rating. Now it's not just because the slowing EV demand here in the US. Now UBS seeing possible production challenges ahead for the Model 2, and also stiffer competition among its competitors in China.

JARED BLIKRE: And SentinelOne shares-- they are plunging after reporting softer guidance than analysts expected. The CEO saying weak margin guidance reflects cost pressures from recent acquisitions that the cybersecurity company did. However, report a fourth quarter loss, adjusted loss they did, that was narrower than expected on revenue that jumped 38% compared to the year prior.
