Wall Street is keyed in on Washington this morning, where the Federal Reserve is set to announce its next interest rate decision at 2 p.m. ET. Investors and Main Street will be closely watching Chair Jerome Powell's press conference following the decision. Yahoo Finance will bring you both events live. Intel (INTC) shares are moving this morning after the White House awarded the tech giant $8.5 billion in grants to boost its domestic manufacturing.
