JOSH LIPTON: Time now for what to watch Tuesday, March 19th starting out with the Fed. Second FOMC meeting of the year starting tomorrow. Wall Street is not expecting a rate cut in March.

But we'll look for more clues toward later in the year. That's coming ahead of the Fed announcing its decision on Wednesday when it will also release its economic projections.

MADISON MILLS: Right. And that's going to be critical to look at. But moving over to the housing sector, monthly data on housing starts and building permits for February coming out at 8:30 AM Eastern. Economists expecting both numbers to go up from January.

And this comes against the backdrop. The National Association of retailers proposed settlement. The association agreeing to pay $418 million to compensate home sellers paying inflated commission costs to sell their homes.

JOSH LIPTON: And shifting to earnings. Tencent music and XPeng both reporting tomorrow. Xpeng announcing fourth quarter results. Before the bell, Chinese EV maker are getting hammered to start the year down more than 30%. But trading up today ahead of those earnings.

MADISON MILLS: And finally, tune in tomorrow for Yahoo Finance's continuing coverage of CERAWeek from Houston, Texas, including an interview with ExxonMobil CEO Darren Woods.
