JULIE HYMAN: On the Move-- Rudy Giuliani was the target of an influence operation by Russian intelligence, whose goal was to feed misinformation to President Trump. That was the warning delivered by US intelligence agencies to the White House last year. This all according to a report from the "Washington Post" which cited unnamed government officials. We will have more on this story coming up.

ADAM SHAPIRO: Former New Jersey Governor and Trump supporter Chris Christie is urging all Americans to wear a mask to protect themselves and one another from the coronavirus. Christie spent seven days in a hospital intensive care unit after contracting COVID-19 during the White House super spreader event last month. Christie says, quote, "I believed that when I entered the White House grounds that I had entered a safe zone. I was wrong."

JULIE HYMAN: Twitter experienced a widespread outage late yesterday with Downdetector recording more than 57,000 reports by 6 PM. Twitter said the issue was not caused by a hack but rather an internal systems change. All systems were operational by this morning, and those Twitter shares, by the way, are down, Adam, about 1 and 1/2%.
