JOSH LIPTON: Time now for what to watch next week. It is a holiday shortened week with markets closed for the President's Day holiday. Another huge week though on the earnings front. NVIDIA, Walmart, Home Depot, Berkshire Hathaway, and Warner Brothers Discovery, they are all reporting earnings next week.

All eyes, of course, will be on NVIDIA, Wednesday after the close, the last of the Magnificent Seven to report this earnings season. Stock is on a tear up almost 50% to start the year. And ahead of that, Dow component Walmart is reporting Tuesday before the open, the stock hitting an all time high on Friday ahead of that announcement.

JULIE HYMAN: Turning to the economy, a somewhat quiet week on the economic calendar. On Thursday, we will get the weekly reading on jobless claims, and a January reading on existing home sales. On top of that, we'll get the monthly PMI report. Economists forecasting both services and manufacturing PMIs will decline.

JOSH LIPTON: And lastly, we'll have more commentary from Fed officials, as well as minutes from the January FOMC meeting. This coming after comments Friday from San Francisco Fed President Mary Daly, saying that three rate cuts in 2024, is a quote, "Reasonable baseline."
