Stocks trend higher near close, crude oil prices fall
Yahoo Finance's Rachelle Akuffo breaks down how stocks and commodities are performing into the closing bell ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.

RACHELLE AKUFFO: All right, we're less than two minutes away from the closing bell on this Wednesday before Thanksgiving. So let's take a look at the market action. We're seeing that all three major indices in positive territory. We're seeing the Dow there off the session lows there, up about a 1/3 of a percent. Taking a look at the NASDAQ, that's up about 1% on the day. And the S&P 500 there up about almost about half a percent there.
I want to also take a look at what we're seeing with commodities because we saw some selling there when it came to oil. As we take a look here, we're seeing WTI down more than 4%, same situation for Brent crude as well. And as we take a look here, here is your closing bell now for Wednesday, November 25.
