Women Nominated for EU’s Top Jobs

Jul.03 -- EU leaders have finally nominated candidates for the blocs top jobs and for the first time women are set to be at the helm of the European Central Bank and Commission. Christine Lagarde is set to take over for Mario Draghi at the ECB and Germany’s Defense Minister Ursula von der Leyen has been put forward to lead the European Commission.
