Lindab has signed an agreement to acquire Airmaster, a leading European company in decentralised ventilation. With the acquisition, Lindab establishes a new product area within the Group, with the ambition that decentralised ventilation will reach sales of SEK 2 billion by 2027.

Lindab reported its highest third quarter in terms of sales. Ventilation Systems increased sales due to completed acquisitions. For Profile Systems, the demand has stabilised. The operating margin has gradually improved during the year and exceeded 10 percent for the Group and for both business areas.
