In addition, it has an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in ten mineral claims at the Beaverdell property located in Southeast British Columbia; and a 100% interest for the mineral rights to 761.25 hectares in six mineral claims at Midway-Beaverdell in the Greenwood Mining District. The company was formerly known as Grizzly Diamonds Ltd. and changed its name to Grizzly Discoveries Inc. in January 2010.
