A high-profile executive has resigned from Texas Roadhouse Inc. Celia Catlett, general counsel and corporate secretary for the Louisville-based restaurant chain, has been with the company since 2005. Altria Group Inc. (mo) said Thursday it will raise its quarterly dividend by 5%, to 84 cents a share from 80 cents.
