in the er I think we're heading in a positive direction, we should be back to .50 soon. thoughts?

Last full week to to load up on shares before the Tri-Way share distribution. You will receive 1 share of Tri-Way for roughly every 2.7 shares of SIAF you own. Tri-Way is giving SIAF 18,300,000 to repay an agreed $62,338,065 USD. That's about $3.41 per share worth of repayment. If SIAF owners receive 0.366 shares of TW per share of SIAF, that would be a repayment of just under $1.25 per share of SIAF owned!
So if I have all that right, this is a valued dividend of $1.25! Why are we trading in the 40 cent range???

Ex Div. date: 11/15/2018? (FINRA has to give official announcement, normally a week or 2 before the payment date)

No movement for 2 days ... thought it might be haulted. But it’s moving again! I was thinking there must be some really good news coming out because of the huge run up last week. It was at .06 all the way to .13+ ... something good is driving it up!!! Here we go!

The case is HangRen vs. SIAF-- here is a link to the court page, with records of all the filings. The settlement is EXTREMELY favorable to shareholders, and will end dilution, and force the company (SIAF) to distribute shares in its subsidiary, TriWay Industries, to SIAF shareholders. Get in before the settlement is finalized in October.
