(NYSE American:ECF) (the “Fund”) reaffirmed its 5% distribution policy and declared a $0.12 per share cash distribution payable on June 21, 2019 to common shareholders of record on June 14, 2019. The Fund intends to pay a quarterly distribution of an amount determined each quarter by the Board of Trustees.
