Prior to joining Fidelity in 1999, he worked as a portfolio manager at Bank of America in Chicago. Mr. Swanson holds a B.Sc. in finance from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Northwestern University, as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
