My guess is that OIL is due for a pullback in the short-run. I started receiving notifications from awesome_stocks the other week and so far they have presented interesting new trade ideas.

I deleted my old warning post on this BUT YES WE HAVE ALL FOUND OUT me at a 4K loss after waiting for it to come back and even tho oil prices did mine did not...Barclays had warning on its site feb 2016 basically saying dont buy this piece of crap cz it diverged from its index! I have complained about the advisor who put me in it telling me I owned barrels of oil, or a piece of one, thus we kept looking a barrel prices....took me awhile and then some education from Counsellor on here and others why it seems to go up less yet lose more either way never get ahead. I bought at 14 when oil was 57..it was 6.50 was oil was back to 55! That was a thousand dollars ago..I still hadn't gotten it but sold final portion yesterday other day..4.75...I just couldn't babysit every minute anymore and knew if it went down to 4 , even if oil went up to 60..I wouldn't be up much. Yes, I didn't know about stop loss orders ....I learned alot and paid huge price, They did stop issuing this etn back in November and have a cheaper version..oilb but it has liquidity issues. I even spoke to Barclays in NY and still wasn't clear. Not only am I pissed I wasn't informed on any of it, I inquired sincerely and ignorantly how my old advisor thought it was to make money? My accountant looked over the literature and he concluded what we have found out...very very if not impossible to get ahead..strictly a day trade in and right out..I guess. If your has went down alot get out because it doesn't follow the upside. I was stubborn when half was gone and held it til another 1K went cz I wanted to 'get it '..before selling at a loss. Many on here have found the same thing and yes, a LA attorney was going to file a suit last I spoke to him they were not at that time, but that was about a year ago, Please post if you hear of such a thing!! long list of complainers..my advisor said 'oh hold it forever oil will always go up!" First of all ,that isn't true right now with new technology and extraction and due to decay, this etn literally would have went to zero if held long enough!.....It says so in the literature..even if oil gains substantially you can still lose all your money!!!! I didn't read it til had falling out w/advisor. Again we talked about barrel prices..stupid didn't know...

Seriously folks there should be a class action lawsuit against these 2 so called oil tracking etfs
Consider that on March 11 last year crude oil bottomed out at $26.05 a barrel. On the same day
the closing value for USO was 7.67 and for OIL it was $4.48. Now a 16 months later crude oil
is 45.12 a barrel, up 73% or so. USO closed yesterday at 9.27 and OIL closed yesterday at
4.68. So while crude increased in value by 73% these two oil tracking stocks only increased
by 20% and a whopping 4.6%. Something is seriously wrong.

Did warn some but they went in anyway! and 10% on 4$ is a whole 40 cents!! if oil doubled to 100. my 4.75 would be 9.50....4$ less than I bought it for when oil was 57!!!! SUCKS!!!!!!

Here we sit at $5.17 and the low was $4.88 but that was hit when oil dipped into the 30's last year here we are at $48 and near the low. What you think is going ot happen to this when oil goes to $30's again I am guessing $2 next time
