Fund Summary

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the NASDAQ(R) Clean Edge(R) Green Energy Index. The fund normally invests at least 90% of assets in common stocks that comprise the index. The index is designed to track the performance of clean energy companies that are publicly traded in the United States and includes companies engaged in manufacturing, development, distribution, and installation of clean-energy technologies including, but not limited to, solar photovoltaic, biofuels and advanced batteries.
