Normally, such equity securities will represent 60% or more of the fund's net assets. It may invest up to 15% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated securities of foreign issuers traded on U.S. exchanges, and up to 20% of its total assets in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") traded on U.S. exchanges or in the U.S. over-the-counter market.

Bridges III, CFA, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of the Fund and President, Chief Executive Officer and director of BIM, is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Fund’s portfolio. Mr. Bridges dedicates his professional efforts towards securities research and portfolio management for BIM and BIC. Mr. Bridges has been employed in these areas of responsibility for all clients, including the Fund.
