The fund's sub-advisor considers investments to be below investment grade if they are rated BB+ or lower by S&P Global Ratings or Fitch, Inc. and/or Ba1 or lower by Moody's Investors Service, Inc., or, if unrated, deemed to be below investment grade by Crescent Capital Group LP ("Crescent Capital"), the fund's sub-advisor.
