For those worried about miners not performing recently -

    $WM.TO conversation
-8,695,000 shares of Wallbridge bought by insider on Oct 2, 2020.
-Huge resource, early days, great value around $1 similar to $EGO value in early 2019 (pre-reverse EGO split).
-$KL just bought 9.9% of $WM.TO enabling Wallbridge to further develop huge Fenelon, Quebec property.

Sure is quiet out there in gold land. Guess I’ll have to watch Gold Rush on the discovery channel. Or maybe someone has some news!!

    $KL conversation
Don't mind PK, folks, he's said the same thing every day for the last 2 years and like a broken clock, loves to take credit when there is some weakness. Funny how he goes missing though when this sector goes on a tear, lol. And maybe next year his Dow 38K prediction will come true on the 4th year in a row he's called for it! (not likely)

Clifton Mining is the most undervalued mining stock out there.
Clifton Mining (stock symbol CFTN) has an operating mine, 2019 per share net income of 9 cents, estimated 2020 net income of 8 cents per share, 5.8 million shares of Desert Hawk, or 21% of Desert Hawk, that has an operating heap leach gold mine on Clifton’s property, and 1.5 million shares of American Biotech Labs (“ABL”). CFTN accounts for ABL on the equity method and therefore picks up 18% of its net income. ABL has been profitable in the past and is very profitable for 2020 (See CFTN’s June 30, 2020 income statement ) CFTN’s stock is stuck at between 14 cents and 19 cents, which means it trades at 2.1 times net income.

Inflation adjusted...gold should break its 2011 high around 2700...and gdxj should hit 160.
  • G
Why juniors trade with substantial premium to GDX? It can be explained only with deep insider trading.

Gold going up does nothing to help the american people, invest in USA companies or bonds! slave labor for a metal that should be used in real world applications and not sitting in millions of billionaires vaults.

    What does this stock follow
  • S
Today, something it hasn't done since it crossed the 50day MA on 4/9 and that is, dropped below it. It's touched the 50 three times but always bounced back. Looks to be carried along with the rest of the market. Gold down $50 at the moment as well.

Hold your core position in GDXJ and come back in a few years.
Never try to time core holdings, many sold looking for a correction weeks ago and missed this rise.
If you must trade add some "play" shares
  • Q
Oil dropping. Oil is a large cost to miners. Gold is a strong commodity to have durring a crisis. Miners should be feeling very bullish right now.

GDXJ junior gold index was 4x this level 10 years ago. Look at the max chart. $EGO Eldorado Gold is the best of the juniors, and reporting earnings on the 116K ounces mined in Q1 Thursday. Enjoy!

During the last gold bull run, in 2011, GDXJ his 162 bucks a share.
  • K
Why is gold up by .75% and GDXJ is down 1.28? I know GDXJ trades like a stock, but there seems to be a large disconnect. For those who have been in these ETFs for a while, do they catch up? Exceed the percentage increase of the metal (which it sure looks like that's what's been happening)? Or is that the mining stocks need to consolidate on each move up?
